I was so excited and calm at the same time, at the conclusion of a counselling session with Sally Balfort. On seeking her advice/wisdom/perspective about a particularly disturbing issue for me, the insights that were generated by Sally’s calm compassionate yet clear counselling style enabled basically an epiphany to occur for me ! These issues have been percolating for me for some time, under the surface, just below my conscious awareness, I believe. However, though her sensitive yet challenging approach a new understanding (of myself and my motivations, actions and reactions) became clear to me. An awesome moment ! and lots of new considerations for me to ponder. Wonderful !!
